Nicoletti and Donnelly Earn More Honors, This Time From Coaches Association Helene Nicoletti and Kelly Donnelly continue to earn postseason honors, this time from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA). Both women were named to the Division III Mid-Atlantic Region squads.
Three Cardinals Honored By ECAC For Solid Year Diana Spadaro, Kelly Donnelly, and Helene Nicoletti were all honored by the ECAC for their outstanding 2009 campaign. Each was named to the ECAC Div. III South Regional All-Star team.
Women's Soccer Battles, but Falls to Lynchburg, 5-1 Courtney Orgill (Wall, N.J./Wall) scored Catholic University's only goal of the contest as the Cardinals fell to Lynchburg College, 5-1, on Saturday in the first round of the 2009 NCAA Tournament played at Washington & Lee University.

Tull Honored as Hometown Hero for Swift Water Rescue
While most NCAA football players can often be found lifting weights or downing powdery protein shakes, Catholic University of America sophomore John Tull discovered another way to spend his offseason. The Pennsylvania native has worked as a volunteer firefighter for the last five years for the Middletown Fire Company in Media, Pa.
