Brooks Takes Two as CUA Performs Strong at Championships

Taking two individual events, Lisa Brooks helped lead the CUA women's swimming team to third place overall with 333.50 points, while the men's side finished fifth with 133 points.
Salisbury Edges CUA Swim

CUA's men's and women's swim teams fell to the visiting Salisbury University Saturday afternoon by scores of 145-58, and 108-97, respectively.
CUA Swim Hosts Tri-School Meet

The CUA swim team hosted Marymount University and Washington and Lee University in the team's 8th meet of the season Saturday afternoon. On the men's side, the team fell to MU 148-93, and to W&L 166.50 -63.50. The women's squad also fell to MU 158-93, and to W&L 155-94.

Tull Honored as Hometown Hero for Swift Water Rescue While most NCAA football players can often be found lifting weights or downing powdery protein shakes, Catholic University of America sophomore John Tull discovered another way to spend his offseason. The Pennsylvania native has worked as a volunteer firefighter for the last five years for the Middletown Fire Company in Media, Pa.
